Lehmann Aviation’s lightweight, fully-automatic LA100 UAV is the first flying platform for GoPro users
Run by a team of pilots and engineers, the 12-years old manufacturers of professional micro civil UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), Lehmann Aviation which has over the time developed a portfolio of highly-efficient, innovative UAS ‘Unmanned Aerial System’ products with commercial and government applications, including the LP960 UAV and LV580 UAV, has now created the world’s first aircraft designed for the users with no piloting background, the LA 100. Described to be the world’s most amazing, fully automatic UAV to make incredible, breathtaking shots from the sky, this first flying platform for GoPro users is truly lightweight and easy to transport. Just connect it with battery, launch it, and it’ll come back to you after 5-minutes of flight at a height of 80m-100m with some stunning images. Notably, the whole system, ready to fly, is available at a price of $1,320 only, but without GoPro camera.
After 4.5 minutes of capturing footage from a height of 100 meters, the hand-launched aircraft comes back to the launch site with HD aerial photos or videos on the SD card. The LA100 offers the choice to mount the GoPro camera in two different positions to capture oblique or vertical images. Besides, the user can choose to fly with 2 cameras at the same time.
Especially designed for harsh environments and diverse climate conditions, ranging from -25°C to +60°C, humid or dry air and high wind resistance, the LA100 is basically a rugged tool which is also upgradable on the hardware and software end to improvethe system with the latest available technologies developed by Lehmann Aviation
